"THE TRUTH" GETS A RING!

Even he said he couldn't have scripted it any better. Paul Pierce finally gets his ring and i couldn't be any happier for him. Nobody in the league deserved it mor than him. He has been largely underated though much of his career. He fell to 10 in the draft when in hindsight he was the best player. And ofcourse we all remember the whole stabbing incident. F*&k 50 cent and his being shot 9 times, Pierce was stabbed 11 times and still played in all 82 games the next year. He could have asked out of boston after that whole incident, but instead he decided to stay and stick it out with the c's for 10 years and running. For that i will always look at him and respect him like no other athlete. He was always softspoken even through all of the losing, and now the 6 time allstar can add a Championship trophy and finals mvp to his resume. It was so great to see him finally get the recognition and media attention that he more than deserved. When i watch him play one word comes to mind, HEART. Pierce plays with more heart than anyone i have ever seen. He outplayed Kobe Bryant in the nba finals and there is no doubt that this guy is THE TRUTH! After he retires there is no doubt that his number will be hanging in the rafters as one of the best pure scorers in Celtic history.
