About Me
Hi all, my name is Michele and I'm happy to be a member of this site, as well as Sawxheads and Patshead since last year. I've been a huge sports nut all my life. From the time I was a little tomgirl growing up in the country, I've always been involved in sports, playing in the streets until the street lights came on and my mom would call me and my brothers in after a long day. I became a Celtics fan in the 80's when I lived in Florida and guys like Larry Bird, Kevin Mcale, Danny Ainge, Robert Parrish were the big names playing every night. I loved supporting my team in a state where everyone came from other states and had their own hometown teams they were rooting for. I would sit on the rocking chair with my new baby son and watch the Celts play and we'd cheer (well I would hold up Matt's hands and clap for him lol)...maybe that's why he's a big basketball fan now himself, at age 22. I raised 2 boys and I'm proud to say they are as much into sports as their mom is...So, with that said, it's exciting to see our boys in green play with such class, teamwork and a real ambition to win! I'm so proud to be a New England sports fan with teams that show so much heart and soul in every game they play!

I know what you mean but the ODDS are in my favor I'm afraid. Oh yeah, one more thing, I'm going to the Sox game tomorrow too lol. Going to see Dice K for the FIRST time! Lucky me lucky me!
